Whole Time Director, One of the founder member of M/s Datasol Bangalore Private Limited, established in the Year 1997 with an objective of providing cost-effective world-class solutions from diverse backgrounds spanning around Avionics, Flight Test Instrumentation and Industrial Automation & Engineering solutions. With an experience of 25 Years and handled a group of intellectuals in providing onsite and offsite Engineering solutions across India.

Chief Technical Office (CTO), Academically an engineer, but a highly versatile personality with diversified achievements as a Designer, as a Cartoonist with many International prizes to his credit and a great follower of human values. His constant efforts over 3 decades towards perfection has contributed significantly to the field of engineering in the areas of Power Electronics, Control Systems, FPGA based Embedded Designs and Inertial systems. His passion to innovation and care towards fellow colleagues make him loved by everyone.

Neela Manjunath, aged 64 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She holds Master of arts in Political Science from Bangalore University, Karnataka. She is a retired IAS officer with an extensive career spanning 31 years in public administration, having served as a Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) officer from the 1990 batch and later as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the 2003 batch (Karnataka Cadre). She retired as the Managing Director of Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation. With over 11 years of experience in business management, her strategic insights, governance expertise, and industry knowledge significantly contribute to the Company’s growth and operational success. She has been appointed as an Independent Director effective May 05, 2025 for a tenure of five years. Her leadership and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to our Company.

Venugopal Venkata Reddy, aged 68 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed to the Board on May 05, 2025 for a term of five (5) years from the date of his original appointment. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University, which he completed in the year 1979. He brings with him over 12 years of rich experience as an engineer. His technical expertise and practical insight into engineering operations, positions him to contribute meaningfully to the Company’s strategic decisions and governance.

Raghu Nambiar, aged 61 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Ph.D. in Science from the University of Durham, U.K., and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Appointed as an Independent Director on May 05, 2025 for a tenure of five years, Dr. Nambiar brings over 30 years of extensive industry experience spanning large business enterprises, mid-sized companies, and global corporations. His expertise extends across product manufacturing and healthcare industries, complemented by entrepreneurial acumen. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Associate Vice President of Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited until 2015. Since October 2015, he has been serving as a Director of Stradus India Services Private Limited. His vast industry knowledge, strategic insights, and dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to our Company, strengthening our operational success.

Vice President (Marketing & Sales), A self-motivated professional, with 24 years of experience in Techno Sales. Currently, heading National sales for Defence & Aerospace, Space, Transportation and IoT segments. His logical mind with a practical approach helps providing the most optimized solutions to complex problems across the customer base. Hardworking and Responsible for grooming the sales team and growth of the company. Instrumental in driving the company towards large scale system integration projects.

Head Support, An Engineer from REC, with 25 years of system engineering exposure. Professionally known for his hardworking, dedication and commitment for fulfilling day to day challenges. His hands-on exposure, on system level Products, ATE’s and related processes, help the organization to ensure on time deliveries.

Head Sourcing , A competent professional with over 25 years of experience across different Industries. He has significant exposure in handling Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Processes, Logistics and various complex manufacturing matrix structures with excellent rapport with the suppliers. In total he is responsible for Timely sourcing and related commercial activities.
